My order ended up taking longer than I was originally told, and the tracking didn’t really help much at all. The metal parts were fine once they finally arrived, so no issue with the product itself, but the lack of clear updates was really frustrating. If there’s a delay, I think the company should be upfront about it and give customers a realistic delivery date instead of leaving them guessing.

I’m really frustrated with this. I wasn’t asking for anything fancy, just for it to hold up like it’s supposed to, and even that felt ignored. The quality is poor and it started falling apart way too quickly. Definitely didn’t last long at all.

I ordered a custom sign and sent over the design details clearly, or at least I thought I did. What showed up was not what I asked for. The spacing had gone full “spacing gremlin,” and a few parts looked different from the proof, like the final version took a creative little detour without telling me.

I reached out to get it fixed, but the response was slow and not exactly helpful. For a custom order, I expected more than the “good enough gang” approach to checking the design before making it. Overall, disappointing.

I felt like I had to force myself to be patient the whole time. Responses took forever, and when they finally came through, they weren’t really that helpful. Most of the experience felt like I was being ignored, which made everything way more frustrating than it needed to be
